There is a convenience fee for these 3rd party payment services. For payment by credit or debit cards the convenience fee is 3% ($2 minimum). For payment by E-checking there is a flat $3 convenience fee for up to $10,000; $10.00 for amounts over $10,000.
A $25.00 fee will be charged if a check is returned for non-sufficient funds.
