NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING
In accordance with the Michigan Open Meetings Act, Public Act 267 of 1976, MCL 15.261, et. seq., the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at a regular meeting on Thursday, November 17, 2022 at 5:00 PM*.
The purpose of this meeting is for variance requests by the owners listed below:
- Donald & Susan Stoneburner, owners of 22 N Willard Street, New Buffalo, MI 49117. The applicants request a variance for the following: maximum lot coverage of 35% for construction.
Zoning District: R-1 (Single Family Residential)
