NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND SPECIAL ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING
In accordance with the Michigan Open Meetings Act, Public Act 267 of 1976, MCL 15.261, et. seq., the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at a special meeting on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at 5:00 PM*.
The purpose of this meeting is for variance requests by the owners listed below:
- Damon Marano, owner of 1 North Whittaker Street, New Buffalo, MI 49117. The applicant requests a variance for signage permitted in the Central Business District per the City of New Buffalo Zoning Ordinance.
Zoning District: CBD (Central Business District)
Said property is located at 1 N. Whittaker Street, New Buffalo, MI 49117. Property Tax Code is 11-62-0340-0233-01-8.
