NOTICE OF SPECIAL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
In accordance with the Michigan Open Meetings Act, Public Act 267 of 1976, MCL 15.261, et. seq., the Planning Commission will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, November 15 2022 at 5:30 PM*.
The purpose of this meeting is begin drafting a marijuana ordinance and discuss questions regarding the zoning ordinances update and review.
The city’s Zoning Ordinance is available online at cityofnewbuffalomi.gov and City Hall.
Written Comments concerning this request will be received at the City Clerk’s Office. (See address below).
