NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND RESCHEDULED SPECIAL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
In accordance with the Michigan Open Meetings Act, Public Act 267 of 1976, MCL 15.261, et. seq., the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at a rescheduled special meeting on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, at 5:30 PM*.
The purpose of the public hearing is review of recommendations for zoning amendments for marijuana establishments.
* This is an in-person meeting only with no virtual participation available. The public is welcome to attend the meeting in the City Council chambers located at 224 W. Buffalo Street, New Buffalo, MI 49117
