NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND REGULAR PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
In accordance with the Michigan Open Meetings Act, Public Act 267 of 1976, MCL 15.261, et. seq., the City of New Buffalo Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at the Regular Meeting on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at 5:30 p.m. at New Buffalo City Hall, 224 W. Buffalo Street, New Buffalo, MI 49117.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is a Special Land Use Request for massage services at 30 W. Buffalo Street, New Buffalo, MI 49117, which is in the CBD “Central Business District.”
