A Special Meeting containing a Public Hearing is scheduled at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 13, 2021.
The purpose of the public hearing is to amend Section 2-3 and add a new section 6-5 to the New Buffalo Zoning Ordinance to cap the total number of short-term rental units in the City’s R-1 Zoning District.
