NOTICE OF SPECIAL JOINT CITY COUNCIL & PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING

The City of New Buffalo will hold a Special Joint City Council and Planning Commission Meeting on Monday, September 26, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. EST, at New Buffalo City Hall, 224 W. Buffalo Street, New Buffalo, MI 49117.

The purpose of this meeting is a Review of the Houseal Lavigne Zoning Recommendations and Updates to the Zoning Ordinance with the City Council and Planning Commission.

*This is an in-person meeting only. There will be no video teleconference options. The public is welcome to attend the meeting at 224 W. Buffalo Street, New Buffalo, MI 49117.

This meeting is open to the public and this notice is posted in compliance with Open Meeting Act, Public Act 267 of 1976, MCL 15.261, et seq., and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
