Michigan Shores Mini Charity, Run for Cancer Society

Where: Start and end by Lions Pavilion. 

A running event to raise money for various charities.

St. Mary of the Lake Family Festival

When:  May 25th- 29th, 2017  

St. Mary of the Lake Parish Community & School hosts the Annual St. Mary’s Family Festival over Memorial Day Weekend in New Buffalo!  A week of raffles, silent auctions, food, beer tent with live bands, midway games, and carnival rides to kick off Summer in New Buffalo!  Fun for all ages and perfect for all families and visitors!  Purchase a Ride Bracelet on our website for $18.  Price goes up to $25 after May 25th!

Memorial Day Parade

When:  Monday, May 29, 2017

Annual tribute to Veterans.  Parade leaves downtown New Buffalo and proceeds along US 12 to the Cemetery where a memorial service is conducted.  Line-up will begin at City Hall at 9:00 am with the parade kicking off at 10:00 am.

 

NBBA Wednesday Car Cruise

Organized by: NBBA

When: 1st Wednesday of each month between June-August from 6-8 or 9pm

Location: On N. Whittaker between Merchant and Mechanic, New Buffalo, MI

In downtown New Buffalo with over 40 classic and vintage cars on display.  Free to the public, pet and child friendly.  Car owners: Free to join, no prior sign up needed.

Ship & Shore Festival

When:  Friday, August 11 - 5:00pm-11:00pm; Saturday, August 12 - 10:00am-midnight; Sunday, August 13 - 9:00am-7:00pm.  

Location: Downtown

N. Whittaker Street closes down to traffic but opens to art/craft vendors, food, kids' activities, great beer, wine, 5k and non-stop life music!  Pancake breakfast at the firehouse on Sunday.  $5.00 entry fee at the beer tent. See NBBA website for more information.

New Buffalo Harvest and Wine Fest

Organized by: New Buffalo Business Association

Location: Lions Pavilion Park

Annually: Saturday of Columbus Day Weekend

This year: Saturday, October 7, 2017 - noon to 9:00pm

One day event boasts all-day live music and the best wines from several local vineyards along with several craft beers, all under one roof!  Unique craft exhibitors and a 5k round out this annual event.  Rain or shine, the event is tented! $5.00 admission per adult at the gate, kids under 12 are free.  See NBBA website for more information.
